- 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 ozs. non-fat or low-fat cream cheese
Salt to taste
1-2 tsps. garlic powder
- Place spinach and cream cheese
in saucepan. Over low heat, cook and stir until
cream cheese is melted. Add minimum amount of
seasonings, heat thoroughly, taste and adjust
seasonings to your liking.
