- A great idea
for a wonderful Valentine breakfast, and it's easy
to do.

- INGREDIENTS

- 8-1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts
in water, drained
1 stick of butter
or margarine (8 tbsps.)
- 1.c flour
- 1 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- salt to taste
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Heat
oven to 425º. Place butter in 9x13" baking pan.
Place in oven to melt. Meanwhile, in blender or processor,
add flour, milk, eggs and salt and process until smooth.
immediately pour into melted butter. bake for 20-25
minutes. will puff up, and edges will curl. Pancake
will deflate after removing from oven. Cut into wedges
and serve with jam, syrup, powdered sugar or fresh
fruit. Delicious and a great dish.
